Dear all Please find attached KICTANet declaration as well as the draft ICT policy, which contains comments collected from online mailing list discussions that have taken place over the last five weeks as well as of line round table discussions. I wish to thank the KICTANet team that has worked diligently over the last two days to collate all the comments submitted through both off line and online forums.
