Safaricom Credit Disappearing

Hi, How does one stop Safaricom credit disappearing? Many of us have noticed it does not last even when data is disabled. Have resorted to loading 50 bob only to limit credit disappearance. Forgot and loaded 100 bob (not 50 bob) and it is already disappearing. Data is disabled. I get sms's I never subscribed to download ringtones, Have not tried downloading a ringtone since 2011 - as the mobile os is not supported -- was never reimbursed, never received responses for 3 or more failed downloads. Listers There has been a lot said about IFMIS and how it's supposed to have revolutionized Government accountability and spending. There are as many detractors as there are supporters. What is the real story? Can someone in Treasury/ICTA share with us how this Government ERP has fared since its inception? I don't like these narrow perspectives. No one said threatening them is the answer, there is a raft of things that will need to be done and this is one of them. Government issued this order last year, it should have been followed. Probably security forces will also be restructured, immigration, nyumba kumi etc We cannot begin faulting mitigation measures in isolation. Like I said on another thread, do we just sit still and do nothing. Responsibility must be assigned and appropriate penalties set. James. I don't get the gist of these posts. Whether it should have been done before or not are we saying that nothing should be done now? What we should be vigilant about is that terror suppression efforts do not go overboard as in the US and undermine civic rights like privacy. When it became obvious that Bitange Ndemo would not be taking over as the Cabinet Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Communication, the ICT community wondered who would wear the giant shoes left by Ndemo. To calm the nerves and prepare for his exit, Ndemo wrote to the ICT industry and you can read it here. So much has been said about Ndemo, both positive and negative but the thing I am most happy about is his easy approach; want to see him, drop him an email, get an appointment at 6 am or earlier.
