Hi, Is there anyone out there who can decipher this message for me? Good morning Robert, WP was not build with PureFTP support hence the reason why you cannot upgrade your CMS. PureFTP is our default ftp server and cannot be changed as you were advised earlier. Everything else is supported. Should you require further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us via the email address business.support@safaricom.co.ke or the below support line. I suppose PureFTP is PureFTP daemon. It looks to me like it is open source and should work with most standard servers. I am not sure but the message seems to imply WP uses a totally different standard. I expect that Safaricom Business would use a platform on which most popular CMSs would run.
