Call for Proposals: Literature Review on the role of ICTs in statebuilding and peacebuilding in Africa. This project, funded by the Carnegie Corporation, is part of a larger project on the role of ICTs in statebuilding and peacebuilding. The aim of this portion of the project is to understand: "What is the evidence on the role of ICTs in peacebuilding, statebuilding, and good governance in Africa?"
