1. Call for Proposals: Literature Review on the role of ICTs in statebuilding and peacebuilding in Africa.
This project, funded by the Carnegie Corporation, is part of a larger project on the role of ICTs in statebuilding and peacebuilding. The aim of this portion of the project is to understand: "What is the evidence on the role of ICTs in peacebuilding, statebuilding, and good governance in Africa?"

2. Call for Proposals: Stakeholder Mapping and Policy Analysis: Kenya, Ethiopia & Somalia.
This project, funded by the Carnegie Corporation, is part of a larger project on the role of ICTs in statebuilding and peacebuilding. The aim of this portion of the project is to understand 1) what ICT policies are; 2) who the players are that influence ICT policy and ICT policy debate; and 3) who are the stakeholders that are using ICTs in ways that affect governance and state-building.
