The Kenya BPO & Contact Centre Society will hold the inaugural Annual National BPO Week on 7th to 9th April 2009. This Conference and Exhibition comes at a very important time as the sub-marine cable lands in Kenya, creating great opportunities within the BPO sector in the country. It is expected that there will be exponential growth of Kenya's BPO sector once the fibre optic cable becomes operational in June 2009. The conference and expo will run concurrently at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre, in Nairobi.
