Was the Kenya ICT Authority (KICTA) present to clarify or specify which kind of solutions are required in State Corporations and Counties? Does the KICTA have a team working with upcoming, LOCAL Techpreneurs? KICTA organizing and funding competions can help identify talent (providing locally supported solutions).
