Please be more specific on what you presented on financing of Tech Projects. 

From a technocratic point of view, why would python be considered over older school frameworks, such as Java or. Net? 

Was the Kenya ICT Authority (KICTA) present to clarify or specify which kind of solutions are required in State Corporations and Counties?

Does the KICTA have a team working with upcoming, LOCAL Techpreneurs?  

KICTA organizing and funding  competions can help identify talent (providing locally supported solutions). 

Nowadays, how does KICTA communicate & connect with millennials?
