In Summary. 35% of TV owners own a setbox. Of that 35%, GOtv 37%, Startimes 23%, DStv 20%, Zuku 16%, Independent STBs 5%=Total 101% It seems Kenyans have better things to do with their money than buy STBs. ______________________ Mwendwa Kivuva, Nairobi, Kenya "There are some men who lift the age they inhabit, till all men walk on higher ground in that lifetime." - Maxwell Anderson On 18 February 2015 at 16:03, Ali Hussein via kictanet < kictanet@lists.kictanet.or.ke> wrote:

Listers, I think this is impressive given all the confusion there has been including the warning by the big 3 to people not to buy. Also if you think about cell phone adoption, it took time. Ditto, Mpesa. These figures will only rise. Interesting angle is how advertisers will now allocate their money. Ipsos Synovate has been the guide for ad spend.
