Where can i get the TEAMS (The East African Marine System) map showing all the landing points. Would appreciate to know the current progress status as well. I have information that Alcatel-Lucent have announced that laying of the cable should be complete in the second quarter of 2009. More information suggests that date of first use is due April 2009. Any further updates are most welcome. -- Muthoni My Blog: http://rugongo.blogspot.com/ -------------------------------------------- Mahatma Gandhi once said:- First they ignore you, Then they laugh at you, Then they fight you, AND THEN YOU WIN!!!

Hi Muthoni, That would be a major coup! Been trying to follow up on this and the latest I heard was that the schedule had been delayed by a month (due to an industrial accident) and that the cable would land in July. Expected to be commissioned in October. SEACOM expected to land in June.
