Dear listers Please find below link to the above. The deadline for submissions is 19th May. A more reasonable timeline I think? :-) http://www.ca.go.ke/ Regards Ali Hussein Principal Hussein & Associates +254 0713 601113 / 0770906375 Twitter: @AliHKassim Skype: abu-jomo LinkedIn: http://ke.linkedin.com/in/alihkassim "Discovery consists in seeing what everyone else has seen and thinking what no one else has thought". ~ Albert Szent-Györgyi Sent from my iPad
------------------------------------------------------ 5.1. Some of the features the NAS System should have include the following; ... ... j) The system places the responsibility of address display to the citizen and charges a fee, which reduces the need for huge cost outlay. ... ... m) Counties will raise revenue from property numbering and addressing fees. ------------------------------------------------------ As usual, madness prevails! How can you charge for having an 'address' - which, presumably, will be mandatory? On 26/04/2016, Ali Hussein via kictanet <kictanet@lists.kictanet.or.ke> wrote:
