White Spaces Spectrum Deployment
Hi Listers Anyone from CA to shed light on the commercial deployment of White Space Spectrum frequencies frred up the TV migrating to Digital Transmission. There was a study conducted by CA in conjuction with Microsoft and a firm Mawingu was involved. Would appreciate any updates as i finalise a research am conducting.
