Anyone from CA to shed light on the commercial deployment of White Space Spectrum frequencies frred up the TV migrating to Digital Transmission. 

There was a study conducted by CA in conjuction with Microsoft and a firm Mawingu was involved. 

Would appreciate any updates as i finalise a research am conducting.
