To me, it seems a timely intervention. What is now required is for the different agencies to work in concert. CA, ICTA, Ministry of Roads, etc. We are always advocating for DIG ONCE policies for our roads and walkways. How will that be achieved if we don't start somewhere? I agree with you 101 % ICTA is out of line with this, thats not there mandate , The data they are looking for is already held by counties and road authority agencies before way-leave is issued drawings are submitted to both and on that basis , permit is given kind regards Barry macharia

Engage with organizations like TESPOK and get them to have their members understand the importance of such an exercise. Meanwhile, also tell Kenyans how we can better use National Assets like NOFBI.

We are always advocating for DIG ONCE policies for our roads and walkways. How will that be achieved if we don't start somewhere? For example, a register will show that Road X has no ducts, therefore Ministry of Roads should prioritize ducts the next time works are being done, the same way it prioritizes drainage, road furniture, pedestrians, etc.
