Hi Robert, I believe that kind of experience could be disturbing when the mails can not reach the right recipient. I think you should take up the matter with the PRO who shall be able to direct your grievances to the personnel. Shall try to obtain the PRO's e-mail and forward it to you. It is good you are keeping these institutions awake by testing the reliability and quality of services they offer. Imagine if you mailed your tax return on the date of the deadline, I am a Kenyan so do not held this against me, just to realise the following morning that the e-mail address that KRA advertised in the press was actually the wrong one.
