We can't keep blaming Telkom Kenya when members of the Senate and the House are busy cutting up copper cables all over the country and exporting the same. I believe the company has this year embarked on a strategy to replace copper last mile with fiber, which I'm sure the said members above will not consider as an input to their lucrative scrap metal businesses.
