We can&#39;t keep blaming Telkom Kenya when members of the Senate and the House are busy cutting up copper cables all over the country and exporting the same. <div><br></div><div>I believe the company has this year embarked on a strategy to replace copper last mile with fiber, which I&#39;m sure the said members above will not consider as an input to their lucrative scrap metal businesses. The issue has been funds, Telkom Kenya requested funds from GoK and FT to replace the last mile, and only got the same recently. <br>
