Rachel I'm glad that ITU has taken that stand and I'm even happier to be corrected in this matter because transparency is critical going forward regarding Internet Governance. In the same spirit going forward it would be nice and helpful if the ICT Ministry released to the community Kenya's position BEFORE such important global deliberations and that we jointly devise a way for inclusiveness in the delegations that represent the country. For anyone interested in following issues on the above ITU meeting in Korea. Please note that a lot of these documents are unavailable in the public domain unless they are shared by the closed community within the conference.
We would also urge the ICT Ministry to share their contributions and other deliberations at the conference with the community to enable us to engage from a position of knowledge.
