Dear All Parliament has re-opened and we need to start thinking/planning re; lobbying. We had agreed to develop a short and very very simple document on ICTs and their importance. See attached brief developed by Warigia. Have added comments. Please have a look and if you have any comments/additions please include them. Please ensure track changes tool is on so that we can re-work the document. regards
