Barrack Policy formulation must carry everyone along. I'm hoping that the sort of engagement we are seeing from the law formulating branch of the government (Senators and Members of Parliament) will somehow trickle down to the Ministry. Hi Wamathai and Ali,
To clarify, i actually came across photos for the meeting on Social Media (FaceBook). Maybe the meeting was a bilateral between the Ministry and KEPSA, it would be great if the same can be done with KICTAnet and other stakeholders who are not necessarily in mainstream business. I was just taken aback that given the contribution members of this list make to the policy making processes, we did not even get wind of the meeting. I am starting to get perplexed by our public participation model.

Barrack
KEPSA is a business grouping. We need to be careful not to confuse KEPSA with the Kenyan People.

Hi Wamathai,
I think in this scenario KEPSA represented all Stakeholders. I think there are KEPSA members on the list to share some insights.

Hi Ali,
In other News there was a meeting between the Ministry and KEPSA earlier in the week. I think some updates were given. Maybe KEPSA members on the list can give us an update.
Best Regards
