Hi Wamathai and Ali,
To clarify, i actually came across photos for the meeting on Social
Media (FaceBook). Maybe the meeting was a bilateral between the
Ministry and KEPSA, it would be great if the same can be done with
KICTAnet and other stakeholders who are not necessarily in mainstream
business. I was just taken aback that given the contribution members
of this list make to the policy making processes, we did not even get
wind of the meeting. I am starting to get perplexed by our public
participation model.
