Barrack

Policy formulation must carry everyone along. I'm hoping that the sort of engagement we are seeing from the law formulating branch of the government (Senators and Members of Parliament) will somehow trickle down to the Ministry.

Hi Wamathai and Ali,

To clarify, i actually came across photos for the meeting on Social
Media (FaceBook). Maybe the meeting was a bilateral between the
Ministry and KEPSA, it would be great if the same can be done with
KICTAnet and other stakeholders who are not necessarily in mainstream
business. I was just taken aback that given the contribution members
of this list make to the policy making processes, we did not even get
wind of the meeting. I am starting to get perplexed by our public
participation model.
