Hi Edna, It is true that even some of the few ATMs you find without the "I am being serviced" message do not dispense cash, forcing one to move from one ATM to the next. Still, others have introduced their own daily limits apart from the standard limit allowed by the bank. For instance, some ATMs would not allow you to withdraw more than Sh 5,000 if your daily limit is SAh 20,000. Surely, Equity must do something. Otherwise those numerous awards are not worth the citations emblazoned on them. Zachary.
