      There exists adequate technologysolutions to deal with the existing traffic problems in the transport sector.What we need is the will to implement them.
I see little merit in deploying Police Officers where technology is by far more effective.
Our are not road accidents, because they are actually predictable in the circumstances our public transporters operate.

So let us pursue immediate technology solutions to the problem as we examine longer term broader mass transport systems .

We may be talking the same things.  When the Government or councils own,

This has failed in many places and in many times.  Telcoms industry in

the streets protesting for freedoms.  We must agree under which framework

we operate.  That is why a simple document to provide us with a governance

framework has become such a big thing.  We would not need a constitution

if we all understand what individual liberties are and how we must relate

to one onother.  Leave Government out of business.
