From the list, I would vote for either Florence Etta or Eng. James Rege, based on previous work.
Further, I would openly vote against Tabitha Seii.

Brian and the electoral commission, Would I be in order in requesting that the above vote be declared 'spoilt' and the voter given an opportunity to vote again??? PS. In the outskirts of the Business Summit at Kampala Serena, I have seen Paul Kukubo and was wondering if there are any other ICT chaps around, we could probably have lunch or a drink in the evening. Brian - Pls remind me the agenda of this meeting. And date and venue. Waudo On Fri, 18 Jul 2008 10:36:59 +0300, "Bill Kagai" <billkagai@gmail.com> sa id: On Wed, Jul 16, 2008 at 10:32 AM, <[1]wainaina.mungai@gmail.com> wrote:

Sounds like you are suffering from "Furahi-Day" withdrawal - hope you find some Kenyans to ease the pain. If you don't head up to Kabalagala - there's a traditional Kenyan nyama-choma joint there where you can hook up with all the Otis, Onyis, Kamash, and Mulinges.... :-) Brian Bill

Sebo!! Its not looking for controversy..its getting out of trouble through democracy. It is obvious now, that, Eng. James Rege won by a landslide at least by Midday deadline you imposed. But the more important result is that if his schedule is busy, then the second highest was David Otwoma who bagged 5 votes and very equally capapble of taking us through the session. Its called strategic voting. And it also proved that voting is a painless exercise. Its the beginning of accountability and prosperity.
