Kenya High Commissioner to South Africa has reassured ([1]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykTPDBosZeg) international investors, especially in ICT that Kenya is now a more transparent and predictable operating environment following the passage of the new constitution and increased action against all levels of corruption. The High Commission, Amabasssador Tom Amolo, was speaking Friday 29th October during the Board of Directors meeting of the World Information Technology and Services Alliance in Sandton, South Africa, where the Kenya ICT Board also made a presentation on the Konza Technology Park.
