New subject: Cyber Cop

Meshack,
Kenya is a member of freedom on line.  This grouping is the one that was
opposed to any on-line censor at the just concluded Dubai conference on
ITRs. We cannot start to discuss on-line regulation as though it was
broadcasting.  Let the internet be free.

What we need is educating our people on some of this freedoms and counter
measures to reduce built up anger.  If you ask some people why they are so
angry with their countrymen, some will tell you it is because my brother
was angry at them.

The British colonized Americans for years and one of their strategies of
control were to scare the Americans through military band playing without
fear into their hide outs.  One day the Americans developed a strategy of
wearing jungle green military gear and killed the British as they played
their band into enemy territory.  This became a major military strategy
innovation that we use even today.  The import of this is a call to duty. 
If some people have chosen to scare us in the social media, let us find
our jungle green gear and destroy them.  We do not need to control
internet to manage this.  You do not always have to fight and just like
Kenny Rogers says; "You do not have to fight to be a man".
