Premium service web activations
Hi All, I have been having an issue concerning activation of premium rate services on my phone which seem to be effected from the internet. Is it legal for the mobile provider to charge you for a premium rate service that was not done directly from your phone but from an online site that only requests for a mobile number? Last I checked knowing someones mobile number did not require water boarding. Robert There are lots of issues that need resolution on how we handle customer issues. Its good to keep these discussions going even when we feel like broken LPs. Ali Hussein On Thu, Sep 13, 2012 at 8:33 AM, robert yawe <robertyawe@yahoo.co.uk> wrote:
