I'm wondering, Today another article in the Business Daily about high fuel prices (pg 4) ... this is the 3rd or 4th time that they have used a picture that indeed show a Total petrol station price display with a high price, but for some reason is seriously dominated by Florida (F1) ... what prices is the writer/photographer really complaining about? After some time I also lost track of what is "ICT". Remember the definition given in the annex to the "ICT" Policy. The same policy seemed to point elsewhere as we had to accomodate the courier companies, the guys who deal with postage stamps, media ownership ... That policy appeared 10% "ICT" to me. More than 14 presentations done on 31st July are available. On another note, without affordable and reasonable power availability and charges the growth of ICT will be stunted. Did you hear Intel wanted to do a 'heavy' investment in Kenya provided they were assured of 400 MW of electricity just for themselves? Current total production sent to KPLC is below 1,200 MW and hence for security reasons it is not possible to let intel hog one third of total available supply.
