Zeins Internet Contracts
Hi Good people, I wonder if there is someone else out there who has had a problem with Zeins Intenet contracts, last year I signed up for their service , after a couple of months the service was definitely not worth the cost, hence I discontinued buying the scratch cards and moved to Orange live box, as expected they disconnected the services - But what is surprising is they kept billing me, ok, how do you bill for undelivered service? I have worked for ISP's and I am yet to find a situation where you bill a client for service that was undelivered... Hi, I have also been having problems with zain. The data service is almost non existent and I emailed their customer service a week ago to disconnect my post paid plan and have not heard from them. No doubt they will continue billing me. I also spoke to a friend who had a similar complaint and wanted to disconnect his service. He was notified that it may take upto 2 months to disconnect/discontinue the service!! How is that possible in this day and age ??? Ben, It has taken me almost a year and we are still arguing with them about the same thing , as the customer they are saying " sorry bro you signed the contract, the small print says you cant disconnected service blah blah blah" , Zein wants their money... does not matter if I was connected or not .. very intresting Is anybody in this list working for Zein and would they please try to explain this situation from their company's perspective.. maybe we are missing out something here...
