Re: [kictanet] [ISOC_KE] Live stream: Consultations on ITRs

Many thanks Joly for the support extended which enabled participants from different parts of the world to be part of Kenya IGF and East African IGF, we will definately do a better job in future now that we know the kind of equipment we need. The entire EA IGF webcast is saved at http://bit.ly/eaigfarchive - I will port over to YouTube in the next few days where it is easier to view, bookmark, and also download.
Big thanks to Barrack Otieno for his relentless attention to keeping the feed up. Nevertheless there are occasioanal gaps due to connectivity problems. There were generally about 25 remote viewers at any one time, peaking at 35 at one point on Tuesday (Dr. Ndemo).
It has been a great opportunity to become more familiar with the characters, personalities, and policies that are contributing to regional Internet development.
I trust that this, and the Kenya IGF, have served as a proof of concept for the Kenya Chapter, and resources will be found to improve the quality at future events.
