Hello, BAKE has finally filed our appeal in the Court of Appeal to challenge the judgement made by the High Court in our case against the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act 2018. We had filed a notice of appeal on 21st February 2020 but we were not able to file our case due to the COVID-19 crisis. We have however been able to file our case remotely after the Judiciary instituted new filing rules in response to the COVID-19 crisis. Our case challenging the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act 2018 was dismissed by High Court Judge Mr. Justice James A. Makau on 20th February 2020.
