*Distance Learning MSc with Scholarship from Manchester University - Masters in Management & Information Systems: Change and Development* Starting each year in January, the MSc in Management & Information Systems: Change and Development aims to develop the "hybrid" mix of management and information systems skills that we know from experience is essential to the successful and strategic application of ICTs. The programme specifically focuses on the planning, development, impact and management of information systems and organisational change in developing and transitional countries, and is co-ordinated by the University of Manchester's _Centre for Development Informatics_ <http://www.cdi.manchester.ac.uk/>. Being taught by distance learning, it allows study fellows to remain at home and in work, and to study at their own pace as other commitments allow.
