Please review and comment. 1. Of particular note is support received in 2009 for USD 500,000 from Rockefeller Foundation towards the development of the Kenya Value Proposition for Outsourcing. 2. USD 300,000 grant from Rockfeller Foundation in 2010 towards the development of road map and capacity support for the development of shared services in local government.
