And further follow up until the intended goals are achieved. Our institutions need to be independent, yes. They are also inter-dependent. Having the PSs of the ICT or other Ministries does not have to be bad thing. It in fact can serve as a way to expedite decision making and enhance cooperation - basically doing away with inter-institutional bureaucracy.
