HI Alice, While this is a fairly balanced piece, I do take exception to a couple of bits of it. There is no "chaos" in the current Internet Governance system, nor are the groups who have responsibility for specific parts of that governance "ragtag". I also think the subject of this email is misleading, as Youtube and FB already DO pay for the data they send. Thanks for following up on the Kenya position. Hi McTim I agree the current IG system is not chaotic and the organizations and groups responsible for the various aspects are not ragtag. I think one of the the difficulties is in understanding and accepting this open multistakeholder model that continues to work quite well in the development and governance of the internet. Best Alice
