I understand your it will be your ID, bank, DL, etc in one. 14 million of these cards are ready. Apparently the state has partnered with equity, CBA, KCB, Coop and Diamond Trust. Regards, JG

This has been in the local media since January. MasterCard recently bagged the contract.
