Perhaps the most alarming aspect of this is that not only the seemingly weak persons are on the receiving end but even accomplished powerful people in society. There is a need to sensitize the masses on this scourge that's wrecking havoc on the moral fabric of society. It's reach knows no borders or physical presence.
