But Interest rates are quite high here at around 20%. Wouldn't raising it impede credit to local manufacturers? Bureaucracy remains a big obstacle to local businesses and manufacturing. Lots of licensing, requirements and fees needed before one establishes a new venture. Focus should shift from trying to reap from those establishing ventures to already established.
