The panel will be comprised of the following: *Jonathan Ledlie* is a Senior Researcher in Networked Systems at Nokia. His interests include experimental large-scale distributed and mobile systems and ICTD. He has a PhD in Computer Science from Harvard University and is currently based at the Cambridge (US) Nokia Research Center. *Jay Chen* is a fourth year Systems and Networking Computer Science PhD candidate at New York University. His research areas include AI, with a focus on Natural Language Processing, and ICTD. *Brian Omwenga* is a Research Engineer currently working at Nokia Research currently based in Nairobi. His interests include Large Scale Open Systems analysis and design, strategy and ICTD.
