I wonder if there will soon be a law requiring all phone users to be registered. I have just received this sms on my phone. "I 've been hired to get rid of ur life,4 the reason I dn't know ,4 more information mpesa 10,000 if wish go and report but take care, thanks" How's one supposed to react knowing this is most likely an unregistered number? I'm only praying this a random extortionist!
