Good morning.

Prior to the formation of the DPA Taskforce last Friday, the Data Commissioner had, in a webinar with the Kenya Private sector Alliance (KEPSA), in late Dec 2020 laid out her priorities for this year. We need to keep an eye on these even as the taskforce gets underway. I have already nudged AmCham KE to reconvene the Digital Economy Working Group sessions and also to (re)send that request for a Working session with Ms. Kassait.
