This conference and tutorial program will bring together engineers, scientists, developers, government leaders, corporate managers, educators, financiers and project representatives from all over Africa and abroad. The conference will be organized into one common plenary session and three tracks.

Full Paper and Tutorial submission: February 6, 2006

Notification of acceptance: March 30, 2006
