Invitation to the CIO100/Transform Africa Pre-Launch, Kigali, Rwanda

Dear Colleagues, The Rwanda Ministry of Youth and ICT, the Rwanda Development Board, the Rwanda Private Sector Federation and CIO East Africa, would like to invite to the third CIO100 Symposium and Awards and event that pre-launches the Transform Africa 2012 activities. Transform Africa International Conference, which will be hosted by H.E Paul Kagame, co-chair of the Broadband Commission, and the Secretary General of ITU, Dr Hamadoun Toure later this year. The conference will feature four key events: The Transform Africa Leader Summit, Youth Entrepreneurship & Innovation Extravaganza, International Exhibition, and Award Ceremony. The theme of this pre-launch event is ³innovation for Business Value² and aims at recognizing 100 companies in the East African Region that have been using Technology to add value to their businesses. Winners of the awards will be showcased at the Transform Africa Summit. The Symposium and awards will be held from 11th July- 12th July at the Serena Hotel, Kigali, Rwanda. Other than the awards, this will be a valuable peer education and networking event that every IT professional should not miss.
