Puisque l'Afrique hébergera la réunion de 2009, il est utile que nous renforcions dès maintenant notre participation, nos contributions, ce qui nous donnera l'occasion de mieux tirer profit du processus et renforcer la gouvernance de l'internet sur le continent.
