MANRS is an important global initiative coordinated by the Internet Society to improve the Internet's security and reliability by protecting its routing infrastructure. In its announcement, Cybersecurity Tech Accord <https://www.internetsociety.org/blog/2018/08/tech-companies-endorse-manrs-routing-security-actions/> noted that its signatories "…strongly believe that a more robust and secure global routing infrastructure demands shared responsibility and coordinated actions…" and called MANRS a "fantastic example" of a partnership working toward the common good of a more secure online environment. We particularly would be interested in your input on the following: 1. This briefing paper is longer than most as the topic is complex and we wanted to provide a global perspective with specific country information. Are there any major points that we missed in the coverage of the issues? Was the spectrum over-view section helpful? 2. Will the paper help you "start" a conversation in your region? Would a two-page synthesis of the paper (in addition to the Executive Summary) be useful? We welcome your comments. Please send them to Jane Coffin (coffin@isoc.org) and Konstantinos Komaitis (komaitis@isoc.org).
