Director Esther Wanjau,   though I have atempted to confirm my attendance at National ICT Policy Review, I have realized that I have no invitatation letter. Is it possible  for me to get one now or how do we go about it. Surely ICT policy is my domain of research and I cant imagine missing the workshop.
