Accordingly, institutions from governments, civil society, private sector, sub-regional, regional and international organizations are requested to forward their project proposals to: bteshager@uneca.org with a copy to: mfaye@uneca.org and tamoussougbo@uneca.org before 24 December 2005, using the attached template.
