Government, Safaricom sign deal for Sh15 billion security surveillance system
Good People, I hate to come out as a conspiracy theorist, but isn't the timing for this ( http://www.nation.co.ke/news/Safaricom-start-Sh15b-security-surveillance-pro...) suspect? Just after we have suffered a serious attack, then surveillance system is approved? if I didn't know better i would think the attack was meant to accelerate the approval process! But then again, our Government wouldn't do that. -- ./mouz
