Is KENIC's performance below standard?

Great article, it captures the spirit of the AGM. It's good that Walu finally asks the pressing questions in a national forum. In the recently concluded African IGF, in one of the APC pre-events, it was reported that IG issues in the region are under-reported by the media (IG news don't sell), hence the public remains in the dark.
