The 1st International Conference on Emerging and Future ICTs (ICEFICT) is organized by the ICT Association of Kenya (ICTAK) and hosted by the Kenya Methodist University. Some of the expected final outcomes of the ICEFICT 2011 conference are: -A consensus strategy document that will provide guidance on how scholars and business leaders can cultivate a sustainable relationship to anchor innovative practice -An authoritative case book of experiences that will detail how organizations have taken advantage of technology and how they continue to resolve emergent business and management oriented challenges -Launch of annual proceedings which will act as a repository for technology based knowledge and research -Publication of presented papers in a special edition of the International Journal of Professional Practice (IJPP).
